Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Weapons shipped to AdeQ Firearms for engraving or gunsmithing services should be shipped two-day air by either UPS or FedEx. Weapons will be shipped back to you via FedEx two-day air and the shipping cost will be added to the overall invoice.
All items are subject to unavailability based on manufacturer; if this should occur we will contact you to advise you of the situation and help you select a similar item.
If you need to return an item, please notify us of your intention so that we can provide you with shipping return labels. There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all canceled orders. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. For any item that is not manufactured by AdeQ Firearms Company, please contact manufacturer for warranty info. For an item manufactured by AdeQ Firearms Company, please refer to the warranty information in the back of your owner’s manual. The return privilege does not apply to special orders or custom work. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions on our return policy prior to completing your purchase. Federal Law requires that all firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) only. We must receive a copy of the FFL prior to shipping the firearm. If you do not hold an FFL, please contact your local dealer and have them fax us a copy at (813) 281-8925. In this case, your firearm will be sent directly to the dealer.
We do not ship firearms to California - It is your responsibility to determine that items (firearms, magazines, knives, accessories & parts, etc.) are legal in your area.
We do not ship firearms outside of the United States.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
